I was driving down a quiet country road, in the dead of winter. It was cold and dreary but the colors of life would soon be popping up. I came across this little barn, and slowly walked up to it, camera in hand. The door was hidden and the window was boarded up.
Suddenly, the wind began to blow and the temperature dropped rapidly. I don’t know why, but I found myself apologizing to this little barn-shed for disturbing it, and quickly retreated to my car. It was only then, the winds died down and the temperature rose again. I shuttered, and when I looked back, the sky had turned a beautiful shade of blue.
I smiled to myself, knowing that even on a dark and cloudy day, everything has a story and it’s always in color.
